Hm... let's see....

as you can see from my avatar, I am a LOTR addict. I also love online roleplaying which I do nearly exclusively with my wonderful creative partner. She is truly my heart and soul....

I earn my living by teaching English and Civics/History at a vocational school here in the lovely Black Forrest region of Germany. Having changed my career from University teacher in American Studies to school teacher last September, I am still trying to find my way into the school system which is not easy. But it is a job I really like and the students like me, so I am pretty confident that it will work out.

My other passion is my Siamese cat, Nym. He is always close to me when I am at home, a real velcro cat! I like going to the movies, and I love literature - of course, being a former literary studies person! I am lacking hobbies right now because work takes up nearly all my time. But I am confident that that will change in time.

Thats me in a nutshell... not a whole lot but it will develop...
